Student’s Transition Into the Nursing Profession
The School of Nursing commitment ceremony is a significant event that marks a student’s transition into the nursing profession. This year, each student received a commitment pin, and the Class of 2027 was addressed by a fellow student and an alumnus. The ceremony is designed to inspire students to commit to providing compassionate care and are traditionally held at the inauguration of their first clinical semester.
